Are your products handmade?
Yes. All of our products are handmade in Vietnam using natural mother of pearl shell and carefully crafted by skilled artisans.
Will my item look exactly like the photos?
Because natural mother of pearl shell is used and each item is handmade, slight variations in color, pattern, texture, and shine may occur. Actual product colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings.
These natural differences make every piece unique.
Can I request a different color?
Yes. We may be able to customize the color of certain products while keeping the original design and pattern.
Please contact us before placing your order to discuss your preferred color and confirm availability.
How long does processing take?
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 5 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to selected international destinations.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated shipping times after dispatch:
- United States: 7–14 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–16 business days
- Canada: 10–21 business days
- Australia: 10–21 business days

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates vary depending on the destination and are displayed at checkout before payment.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can track your package at any time.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos or an unboxing video of the damaged item and packaging.
We will gladly offer either:
- a replacement item, or
- a full refund
depending on your preference and the situation.
How should I clean and care for my tray?
Wipe gently with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid soaking, scrubbing, or using harsh cleaning products.
Are your trays suitable for serving food?
Our trays are primarily designed for decorative and serving purposes such as drinks, desserts, candles, vanity styling, and coffee table decor.
