Because all of our products are handmade and carefully prepared for each order, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.
Handmade Items
All products are handmade in Vietnam using natural materials.
Slight variations in color, shell pattern, texture, shape, and size are part of the handmade nature of the item and are not considered defects.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept:
- Returns
- Exchanges
- Order cancellations
- Refund requests for buyer’s remorse
- Refund requests due to natural handmade variations
