Thank you for shopping with PearlInlayCollective.

Because our products are handmade and carefully prepared for each order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging

Once we review the issue, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Handmade Items

All PearlInlayCollective products are handmade in Vietnam using natural materials, including mother of pearl shell.

Because of the handmade process and the natural characteristics of the materials, slight variations in color, shell pattern, texture, shape, and size may occur.

These natural variations make each piece unique and are not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
• Natural variations in handmade materials
• Minor variations in color, pattern, texture, shape, or size
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

This does not affect our policy for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Because our products are handmade and preparation may begin shortly after an order is placed, we do not accept order cancellations.
